“The first step on the way to victory is to recognize the enemy.”
Corrie Ten Boom

“For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ.”
Philippians 3:18

The Church has enemies!

The enemies of the cross of Christ are the enemies of the church. It is pertinent and sacrosanct that we know and understand that the church has enemies.

It is invariable that Satan- the devil, is the arch enemy of the church. However, Satan- the devil cannot fight the church effectively unless he has a devil(or devils) he partners with.

“Be careful- watch out for attacks from Satan, your great enemy. He prowls around like a hungry, roaring lion, looking for some victim to tear apart.”
1 Peter 5:8 TLB

“Jesus answered them, Did I not choose you, the twelve[disciples]? And yet one of you is a devil(ally of Satan)”
John 6:70 AMP

The devil always looks for a devil he can partner with in his assignment of fighting the church.

The enemies of the church could be outside or inside the church.

Dear church leader, be aware and beware of the following enemies of the church:

  1. Those that cause divisions
  2. Those that cause offences
  3. Those that find fault
  4. Those that accuse falsely
  5. Those that betray
  6. Those that rebel
  7. Those that break away
  8. Those that are heretic
  9. Those that are wicked
  10. Those that are hypocrites
  11. Those that scatter
  12. Those that separate themselves
  13. Those that are false brethren.

The aforementioned set of people scatter churches.

Dear church leader, don’t allow these allies of Satan to thrive in your ministry.
