TEXT: 2 CORINTHIANS 6: 14
*As a single person, you are the one that can determine how your marriage will go.
*Never marry an unbeliever if you are a believer.
*There is a difference between having a sinful nature and sinful behaviour.
*When you marry, you either marry to become a prayer point or a prayer partner.
*Love is the smallest factor in marriage.
*Marriage is you entrusting your life to someone.
*DO NOT MARRY AN UNBELIEVER.
*As a married person, where you are getting your information from is very important.
*Feminism in marriage is wrong; there is an order in marriage.
*Be careful with what you get on social media concerning marriage.
*Marriage is not hard; if everyone does their part in marriage it will be easy.
*If you treat a woman well, submission will not be an issue.
*As a woman, your job is to submit to your husband.
*Your spouse is not your enemy, Satan is; and until you know who your enemy is, you will be fighting the wrong person.
*Christian marriages should be doing way better because marriage is a spiritual thing and we have the principles to make things work.
You should be fighting for:
- Agreement in your home. Matthew 18: 19
*If you obey the word, there is nothing that can’t work.
*You should be fighting for agreement and not for argument.
- Your children.
*Marriage is not a place to stand up for your right, it is a place where two people are honouring God and raising godly seed.
