RUN THE RACE – Apostle Joshua Talena

(Hebrews 12:1) Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us

Your destiny is not determined by your critics. You destiny is determined by God. You can rise above criticism by focusing your attention on running your own race. Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize. You may have some distinct features or personality traits. But know this, God made you like you on purpose. If people are making fun of you or causing you to feel overtly self-conscious, just shake it off. Don’t let their comments or actions stick to you.

You may have to endure some people speaking against you, but if you stay on the high road and keep doing your best, you will prove their criticism invalid. Moreover, God will pour out his favour on you, inspite of your critics. Never give-in to nothing.

Your DNA is filled with strength, courage, ability, favour and determination. It doesn’t matter what current condition looks like, you will surely win the race. You may not think you have what it takes to succeed, but that doesn’t change what God put inside of you. You are the seed of the Almighty God. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Start seeing yourself as God sees you.

Child of God, you came from a bloodline of champions and the champion within you is waiting to be discovered. You may have some flaws, shortcoming or weaknesses, you may not be the most beautiful, but that’s okay. You are from the bloodline of Christ and that bloodline is the bloodline of champions.
