DELEGATION IS THE KEY TO YOUR DURATION IN MINISTRY – Bishop Irabor Wisdom

Exodus 18:18.

18 “Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone”.

There is something I see in ministry that is not too good for the well-being of the set man. Which is -trying to do everything alone.

You are not helping your team, your body and your family that way.

You either delegate or you are relegated.

You must duplicate yourself or be destroyed by yourself.

No matter how powerful you are, you can’t do it by yourself alone.
A wise man said a foreman is not equal to 4 men.
One man can’t do the job of 4 men.

I know you are very powerful but you can’t be every where at the same time all the time.

Train them so that they can trace them.

Hope you know if you don’t train them you can’t blame them?

After training them, TRUST them so that you can ENTRUST responsibilities to them.

Most leaders find it hard to trust People, because they have been wounded and injured by people.

You are only doing more damage to yourself and to your work.

Why must you bleed on people who did not injure you?

No matter how careful you are, you will still use your own hand to pick and ordain your Judas.
Because you are human.

But never you allow the BETRAYAL from a Judas, deprive the Eleven other disciples from enjoying their relationship with you.

Let them make mistake today, tommorow they will make you proud.

Don’t build on falsehood. Don’t build on Giftings alone.

Build on PRINCIPLES that anyone can run.

Remember whatever is built on PRINCIPLES, becomes SIMPLE for all to run with.

If you don’t have anything you are hiding, please delegate for your own good.

There are REASONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL DELEGATIONS.

That we shall consider some other time.

Thanks.

Irabor Wisdom.
