BIBLE VERSE:
Numbers 14:23
they certainly shall not see the land of which I swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those who rejected Me see it.
COUNSEL:
The promises of God are tied to obedience, hence when we obey God, we become candidates for the blessings of God (Numbers 14:23).
Our obedience for God’s word, it’s a proof of our love for Him, and our acceptance of Him (John 14:15, 1 John 5:3). Obedience is not a product of “word of mouth”, but an actionable commitment to revere and adhere to God’s instructions, irrespective of the status of convenience.
However, if we want to be included in God’s plan and purpose, we must make a commitment today, to always revere and adhere to God’s instructions, because obedience is they key to living a purposeful life in God (Romans 8:28).
