Tony and Leah nodded in agreement.
“So, we have 5470…4…1” Tony said while looking at them.
“Yes, I have an idea!” Leah quipped.
Before she could say a word, the nurse came in to discharge Angela and they left the hospital.
As soon as they got to the car park, Niyot, a young woman gave Tony a flyer but Angela collected it from him to read the content.
“20 years Anniversary celebrations!” Angela asked Niyot to talk more about it.
Tony went to the driver’s seat, Leah sat near Tony while Angela, who was a bit weak sat at the back.
Niyot bent down to continue talking but Angela asked her to sit with her at the back seat.
“Yes, I am Evangelist Niyot, a drama minister. The Lord called me into the ministry at a tender age while I was still in secondary school in Nigeria.” Niyot said with joy.
“Oh, that’s lovely. Tell us more.” Angela asked eagerly as her heart yearned for her daughter.
She had desired a better future for her daughter to follow God and be useful for His kingdom. Tony and Leah were surprised to see her rapt attention to a stranger talking about God.
Niyot continued: “I was about leaving the hospital when I felt in my spirit to approach you. I want to invite you to this special program tagged, “God of restoration” and it will hold in Madrid.”
“Wow, I did my intelligence and security training in Madrid three years ago.” Leah replied with a smile.
“That’s great.” Niyot responded.
“But we aren’t living in Spain.” Tony added.
“I know. That’s the reason I said I was led to you. I came to visit a friend here in the hospital and will be leaving for Madrid tomorrow. I strongly believe God knows the reason he asked me to give you this flyer.”
Tony turned to her, “We appreciate your kind gesture and willingness to obey God. Thank you!”
Angela solemnly asked, “Can God truly restore all things, including a dear daughter?”
“Yes! He is able to do all things if we trust and obey Him.”
Angela held her hand, “I want my daughter back! I want my Annie back in my arms!”
Niyot admonished her, prayed with them and told them that God will fight for them. They all chorused amen.
Niyot waved at them as Tony reversed the car and zoomed off.
When they got to their house, Tony saw a note on the door.
“Surrender Angela now or else Annie will grow up in solitary!”
He quickly hid it from Angela to avoid unnecessary tension. When they got inside, they saw someone tied to a chair.
Leah brought out her pistol and searched the rooms and then went upstairs to search the other rooms. Tony held Angela, who was visibly afraid closely and they observed the man.
Suddenly, they heard …
Who was this person?
Will Angela surrender herself?
