ENJOYING YOUR CHRISTIAN JOURNEY – Pastor Ayo Adun

Christianity is synonymous to simplicity.

Scripture reading: 1 Peter 5:8

The way to have a simple life is to have a realistic pursuit and not idealistic pursuit.

Idealistic pursuit is what you have planned out for yourself, while realistic pursuit are gotten from what God has laid in your heart.

Life is in phases. Accept the phase God has given you. This season is not supposed to end or pass without you being joyful at all times.

God is the source of your joy. Man may bring you happiness but God is the source of your joy because joy is a fruit of the spirit. Newness brings excitement and excitement makes you live longer.

Instead of being angry and complaining about everybody, open up your heart to the Holy spirit that your Joy may be full.

You have to understand that you need to balance your life. You can’t just jump into new things without the inspiration of the Holy spirit. The signs and wonders that comes out from God’s word is for you to be able to handle complex situations in a better way.
