INDEPENDENT MINISTRIES MUST BE VERY CAREFULL WITH ORDAINATION OF LEADERS – Bishop Irabor Wisdom

Nintey percent of Ordinations done the first year of starting a Church will be done with so much errors.

Because Loyalty and Consistency of Service has not been proven long enough.

People should be allowed to serve at least 3 – 7years before Ordination.

That is if it is even needed in the first Place.

Never forget, no matter how careful you are, you will use your own hand to ordain your Judas.

But training, discipleship and sensitivity will reduce the number of Judas you have in your team.

I have discovered that Churches without ordained workers has less trouble than Churches with ordained workers.

At least I have seen that in the Ministry of My Father and Mentor Pastor Korede Kumaiya (KK).

At the moment no Ordained Elders, Deacons or Deaconesses yet so much impact and growth.

The Oil you poured on some people’s head is the horn they need to fight you.

A time will come, all you will be thinking of is how to DE-ORDAIN SOME PEOPLE because the errors are too obvious.

Some will be a blessing but some are painful lessons.

Never you forget,
Ordination doesn’t keep people with you.

It can even corrupt the people not matured for it, to think of leaving to start something different.

But in all, a smart Leader must have a very GOOD RESERVE bench at all times, for you cannot tell when Satan will enter Judas.

This is not to say God cannot give you the leading to ordain someone without the test of timing and training.

MIRACLES DO HAPPEN, but it is better for you to allow people grow into Ordination, than Ordaining them and start waiting for them to grow.

If you choose to wait, it is not wrong. And if you choose not to wait, it is not also wrong.

JUST BE SURE OF THE KIND OF MINISTRY YOU ARE BUILDING.

FOR PROCESS DETERMINES PRODUCT.
