I FOLLOW THE FULL-TIME PASTORS OF LEADING MINISTRIES IN NIGERIA. YOU DONT SEE THEM SHARING OTHER MINISTRIES HANDBILLS ON THEIR WALLS ON FACEBOOK:
The first time I asked one of my full time Pastor never to post the church programme of any other ministry outside our program on his Facebook wall, unless he is no longer on our pay roll, or nolonger a leader in the house.
He told one of is colleagues that I am a very difficult leader to follow.
Today, he is nolonger with us. I follow is facebook post carefully in the last four years of leaving us, you can’t see him post anything outside the ministry’s program he is working with at the moment.
Do we say is current Boss is also a wicked and difficult man?
You can’t be working with Union bank and be advertising Wema Bank.
I have never seen Rev Tom of Christ Embassy or Bishop Abioye of Winners advertise the programme of other churches on their page.
I have never seen a full time Pastor from Redeem, Winners or Christ Embassy advertise the meetings of other Ministries on their wall.
Dear Pastor, any Assistant Pastor who do such a thing, may not be under any church, may not be a staff of any church, and may not be a leader in any church.
Most people who do that are not under the control of any Ministry.
For all the years I served under my former ministry, I did not post the programme of any church outside the ministry I represent.
Take it from me, the day you become a Founder, you will also frown at it.
Most especially when they do it for bigger ministries, but publicly hide their relationship with your young ministry, Because to them your ministry is too small for people to know that is where they are serving at the moment.
So your boss is not been wicked or difficult. It is the same kingdom but different assignment with different followers.
In ministry ASSESSMENT, WE CALL IT THE LAW OF REPRESENTATIVENESS.
IRABOR WISDOM ROBINSON.
